• Cookies by Shannon operates under the Texas Cottage Food law.
  • Price increase effective May 19th, 2017. All quotes are given on a case by case basis. CBS maintains a policy of 2 dozen minimum order at a starting cost of $110 for full size cookies or 1 dozen full size and 1 dozen basic  minis to coordinate for $75. Pricing will/can go up from there depending on order size, detail, cookie size, order quantity, etc. This price is for a max of 4 colors not including white and black.
  • Rush fee: Orders need to be booked at least 3 weeks in advance. I can sometimes accommodate orders with less notice but you must email me to check my availability. Any order booked 10 business days or less will incur a RUSH fee of $20 or 20% of the order total, whichever is higher.
  • Cookie order pick-up; All orders will be picked up at my home in Spring (77380) on a Friday evening 7-9pm OR Saturday mornings before noon. Once we agree to a time you will have a 15 minute window to pick-up. If you are late there will be a $1 late fee per minute you are late. To be paid in cash or via Paypal at pickup or you will not receive your cookies. I will work with if you need to adjust your pick-up time, however I must be notified of any changes or issues that arise.
  • Cookies by Shannon reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason. **(This is only done in two instances; 1) Unavoidable family situation which would prevent CBS from completing your order. 2) Clients who are late without notice or clients who are rude or disrespectful.)
  • Cookie deliveries are only done on a case by case basis. Deliveries cost $1.00 per mile both ways.
  • Once your order is exchanged Cookies by Shannon is no longer liable for any damaged cookies. This also applies to exchanges via a third party.
  • To ensure your order is scheduled and reserved on my calendar payment is due at time of order via PayPal. Orders are NOT confirmed and NOT started without payment in full.
  • All invoices must be paid within 24 hrs or it will be cancelled and not reinstated.
  • Drawings of your cookies are done by request and there is a charge of $20 which will go towards your order once booked.
  • All orders are individually bagged and heat sealed for freshness.
  • Cancellation/Refund Policy for Orders: 50% of your order is considered a deposit and is NOT-REFUNDABLE or TRANSFERABLE. You may cancel your order and receive a 50% refund if you cancel 15 business days or more from your delivery/due date. Any order that is cancelled with less than 14 business days’ notice will not receive a refund and your payment is non-transferable to another date.  
  • Cancellation/Refund Policy for Classes: You may cancel your class participation and receive a 100% refund if you cancel 15 business days or more from your class date. Any class participation that is cancelled 14 business days’ or less will not receive a refund and your payment is non-transferable to another date.
